SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. If an item you ordered is out of stock, you will be notified promptly by email.

Standard Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders of USD $150 or more. Orders below USD $150 are subject to a flat shipping rate of USD $5.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping is available and rates vary by destination country. Please proceed to checkout to view the applicable rate for your location.

United States Orders

For customers within the United States, all applicable duties and taxes are covered by us — no additional charges will be due upon delivery.

  • Standard Shipping: via USPS
  • Expedited Shipping: via FedEx | Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days

International Orders

For customers outside of the United States, the following carriers are used:

  • Standard Shipping: via Hong Kong Post
